And he later revealed how high uniform costs had triggered a severe hardship for one family.

And he later revealed how high uniform costs had triggered a severe hardship for one family. Cllr Nelson said: “We had a case of someone in the region who borrowed £50 off a loan shark to help pay for a school uniform and ended up owing £30,000.
