Tender 1 is used to shuttle water to the scene of a fire since Charlie Lake is only equipped with two fire hydrants. Another two tenders, two engines capable of shuttling water, and three pick-up trucks will remain in Charlie Lake to ensure adequate water can be dispatched to an initial response.
