WEATHER REPORT AND TIDES More rainy skies are expected to cloud over the Coast today as the weather bureau predicts a 70 per cent chance of showers for the region. There s a possibility of a thunderstorm hitting during this afternoon and evening. Maximum temperatures will remain below 30C again, with Maleny reaching 23C, Nambour 26C and Maroochydore, Caloundra and Noosa Heads on 27C. Low tide was at 5.46am at 0.49m and high tide will be at 12.05pm at 1.72m. The next low tide will be at 6.34pm at 0.40m, while high tide will come after midnight at 1.50m. TRAFFIC There are no major traffic incidents affecting Coast roads this morning. Motorists are urged to drive with caution in the wet weather.
