Suspect arrested from alleged McDonald s drive-thru shooting

The body of a missing man who allegedly was shot in Columbia on Monday while in the drive-thru of the Clark Lane McDonald s was found Thursday in the St. Louis area, police said. Angelica N. Benitez, 29, of Moberly, was arrested in Moberly in connection to the shooting death of Marqukis Hayes, 25, of Jefferson City. Police do not yet know how she made it to Moberly from St. Louis.  The shooting allegedly happened around 1 p.m. while Benitez and Hayes were both in a 2011 GMC Sierra. Hayes still was in the truck when it was found in the St. Louis area.
