An Atlantic City police spokesman said Monday there was no additional information to release on Horn or the alleged incident. He said the investigation began about 10:30 a.m. Sunday. Bucks County District Attorney Matt Weintraub said in a statement Monday that local personnel have been assigned to assist New Jersey authorities as well as investigate any criminal activity that may have happened in Bucks County. The DA s office also will evaluate the local cases that Horn was involved in.
