KEY ACTION A motion was passed to allow Tuscarawas Branch Library’s Supervisor Tabitha Johnson to apply for a grant for the installation of a fence in the rear of the building.
DISCUSSION Johnson explained that it would keep people off of the property when there are children’s activities held outside.
OTHER ACTION
• Agreed to send the petition to the County so that the Park Levy can be place on the November Ballot for renewal.
• Approved the new corporation sign drawing.
• Passed a motion to establish parallel parking on the new pavement on Main Ave.
• Passed a motion to allow the Thrasher Engineering Group to apply for Recovery Funds through the Office of Sherrod Brown.
April 22 meeting
KEY ACTION The Tusky Days Festival Committee met recently, according to Councilman Matt Ritenour, who added that the festival is on for this year and will run from June 24-26. Contracts are starting to come in from vendors, the ride company is set and bands are scheduled. All regulations will be followed for COVID-19 Safety.
DISCUSSION Council agreed to open the Community Center to rentals beginning June 1. Renters will need to sign an agreement that they will follow COVID guidelines and hold the village harmless of all liabilities.

• Authorized Erin Wright, of Thrasher Engineering to apply for grants for the Waste Water Treatment Plant Improvements Project.
