Doing well, Thank you. Thank you for taking the time to join me. We re here today to talk about the Legacy fund for Coach Kevin Todd, who passed away in September. The longtime soccer coach at Apex High School. Um, Scott, can you Can you give us kind of a rundown on on what the gist of this Legacy fund is?
