The Eagles coaching staff continues to be filled out by new head coach Nick Sirianni. As Sirianni continues to assemble his coaching staff, he will be without one longtime Eagles coach.
Special teams coordinator Dave Fipp, who has been with the Eagles since 2013, is leaving to fill the same role with the Detroit Lions.

Special teams may not have the glamour that the offense or defense has, but it does directly affect field position, which in turn impacts a team’s chances of winning. This is the reason why the Eagles have to find the right person who can help the coverage and return units succeed.
