FAIRMONT Each school year, two seniors, one male, and one female, are selected from the senior class at area schools and given the honor of Triple A recipient. The award is given to students who excel in arts, athletics, and academics.
Ameya Komaragiri and Bryn Miller are this year’s Triple A winners at Fairmont High School. They were selected from 121 students in this year’s senior class.
“Every year this is a hard decision because there are typically three or four really good options and this year was no different,” said activities director, Mat Mahoney.
Komaragiri, son of Nirmala and Durga has been in soccer and tennis throughout high school.
