Why can t iOS/iPadOS Apps act the same as their Apple TV Counterpart
I have come to realize that even though in my mind all Apps should have the same functionality across all Apple devices ( minus a few device specific features and / or optimizations ) , but they do not.
As a few examples that I have yet to figure out why are:
1. On the Mac Computer you can have Picture in Picture ( PiP ) , via Safari, etc.and both the Audio and Video of both streams are just fine.
Now if you do this on the iPad ( either via an App and a Safari Tab ) , our two Safari tabs/windows, etc. one stream always freezes.
