The Porsche driver who filmed dying police officers in the aftermath of a fatal Eastern Freeway crash will apply for bail next month after spending almost 13 of the past 15 months in jail.
Richard Pusey, who has completed his 10-month jail term for outraging public decency and other offences, remains in custody on unrelated charges stemming from an incident at his home in December last year.

The former boss of killer truckie Mohinder Singh has pleaded not guilty to manslaughter over the deaths of four police officers killed in the Eastern Freeway collision.
Simiona Tuteru, the 50-year-old supervisor at trucking company Connect Logistics, will face trial over allegations he knew or ought to have known his employee Mohinder Singh was fatigued and not in a proper state to drive on April 22 last year.
