Arrests
⢠Officers were dispatched to Wal-Mart on Veterans Parkway in reference to possible drug activity in the menâs bathroom. Upon entering the bathroom, officers heard a male speaking incoherently to himself. They then heard James Nicholas Walker, 35, 124 Phillips Road, Carlisle, Arkansas flushing the toilet while âhuffing loudly then coughing.â The officers advised Walker to open the door to the bathroom stall. After âseveral attemptsâ Walker opened the door. The officers noted that he looked âdisheveled with dilated pupils and âsnotâ on his upper lip and in the hair on his beard. Officers also noticed two cans on the top of the toilet. Walker was then detained by officers and led outside to their patrol car. The officers identified the cans as compressed air commonly used to clean computer keyboards. Walker was charged with intentional inhalation of model glue.Â

Arrests
⢠Natasha Hope Hill, 31, 1806 West Blvd., was charged April 23 with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and possession and use of a drug related object.
⢠Jerry Dewayne Ricter Jr., 31, 900 West Blvd., was charged April 25 with D.U.I.-Alcohol and tail lights required.
⢠Jasmine Tashelle Richardson, 27, 1205 Sixth Ave. Apt D, was charged April 25 with criminal trespass and simple assault.
⢠Ashley Jarvis, 34, 345 Janes Lane, Ochlocknee, was charged April 24 with possession of a schedule I controlled substance.
⢠Brandy Leigh Apperson, 35, 406 West Broad Ave., Doerun, was charged April 24 with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute; possession of drug related object; and purchase, possession, manufacture, distribution, or sale of marijuana.Â

ALBANY, Ga. â The seventy-ninth and final defendant connected to a major methamphetamine distribution ring supplying illegal drugs across the southeastern United States was sentenced to serve 96 months in a federal prison, said Peter Leary, the Acting U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Georgia.
Kim Wesley, 48, of Nashville, Georgia, was sentenced on Thursday, April 15, by U.S. District Judge Leslie Gardner to 96 months imprisonment to be followed by eight years of supervised release. Wesley previously pleaded guilty to one count distribution of methamphetamine. Wesley is one of 79 co-defendants in the 2016 Boris Fuller methamphetamine distribution wiretap investigation. All 79 defendants have been federally charged, convicted and sentenced. There is no parole in the federal system.
