But one national theatrical costume rental business headquartered in Schenectady hopes to roar back this fall with an ambitious expansion. The Costumer will relocate its retail operations from their Central Avenue location in Colonie to Mohawk Harbor this fall. The move is part of an ambitious effort which also includes making improvements to their headquarters on Barrett Street in downtown Schenectady and renovating the garage across the street to host an e-commerce fulfillment center.
