According to Rural Metro Fire, a motorcyclist is now in the hospital with serious injuries after crews say that the biker crashed while heading southbound on Interstate 5, near milepost 76.

An investigation is underway after a house fire reported in North Knox County early Thursday morning, officials said.
Rural Metro Fire responded to 9207 Andersonville Pike around 4 a.m.
Upon arrival, crews said they found a double-wide modular home filled with smoke and no fire was visible.
As crews began to search for the fire, it finally showed itself in the attic, according to a press release.
The occupant said that there had been a fire in a bedroom earlier and they had extinguished the fire without calling the fire department.

A house fire in the Arden Arcade area of Sacramento broke out early on Monday morning, the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire Department said.
The fire was located at Yellowstone Lane and Rainbow Avenue in a residential neighborhood.
According to a spokesperson with Sacramento Metro Fire, Battalion Chief Charlie Jenkins, there was someone inside the home when it caught on fire. We did have a gentleman that was inside the home, woke up at about 4 o clock this morning, walked out, and was able to safely exit the building, Jenkins said.
