NEW DELHI: S&P BSE MidCap index was trading with gains on Thursday. Shares of Bharat Heavy Electricals (up 9.2 per cent), Torrent Power (up 5.96 per cent), Adani Enterprises (up 5.57 per cent), Power Finance Corporation (up 5.11 per cent) and Max Financial Services (up 5.09 per cent) were among the top gainers. While MPhasis (down 3.08 per cent), Oberoi Realty (down 2.45 per cent), Supreme Industries (down 1.86 per cent), AU Small Finance Bank (down 1.72 per cent) and Abbott India (down 1.7 per cent) were the top losers in the index. The S&P BSE MidCap index was trading 1.21 per cent up at 20356.62 around 02:39PM. Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 186.30 points at 15168.3, while the BSE Sensex was up 524.71 points at 51306.4.

Shares of Rane (Madras) (up 20.0 per cent), Kennametal India (up 20.0 per cent), Himadri Speciality Chemical (up 19.95 per cent), Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers (up 19.93 per cent) and Just Dial (up 18.57 per cent) were among the top gainers. While Asian Granito India (down 13.78 per cent), Huhtamaki India (down 11.94 per cent), Hindustan Foods (down 5.0 per cent), OnMobile Global (down 5.0 per cent) and Agro Tech Foods (down 3.42 per cent) were the top losers in the index. The S&P BSE SmallCap index was trading 1.4 per cent up at 20300.94 around 02:49PM.

NEW DELHI: S&P BSE Bankex stocks were trading on a positive note at 12:56PM (IST) on Wednesday. Shares of Federal Bank (up 2.4 per cent), Bandhan Bank (up 1.91 per cent), HDFC Bank (up 1.84 per cent), Axis Bank (up 1.77 per cent) and
State Bank of India (up 1.58 per cent) were among the top gainers. While Kotak Mahindra Bank (down 0.15 per cent) was the sole loser in the index. The S&P BSE Bankex index was trading 1.07 per cent up at 39917.94 around 12:56PM. Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 112.65 points at 14820.45, while the BSE Sensex was up 283.81 points at 50035.22. Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 25 were trading in the green, while 24 were in the red.
