BATTLE CREEK, MI (WKZO AM/FM) Battle Creek police are seeking a warrant for a 24-year-old man from Springfield man who is accused of purposely hitting a pedestrian with his vehicle during an altercation.
A 27-year-old man says he recently was walking on East Goguac Street near Capital Avenue Southwest when a driver, who he knew, passed by him. Words were exchanged and when the alleged victim arrived at his home, the man had followed and pulled into the driveway. The man says the driver began to exit the vehicle, escalating the conflict, before getting back in the car and driving forward to pin the victim between his car and another vehicle.
