I m a fan of the one that comes with brisket, but the restaurant s list is long and lets you choose from any number of adventurous options. Pho Viet s soups, in the era of takeout-only, come ready for a sog-proof meal. Noodles come separate from the broth; fresh veggies and herbs are separated out too. Add them all to a big bowl at home and you re good to go. Had I been hungrier on the day I got the pho, I might have added a bahn mi the delightful Vietnamese sandwich I find hard to resist in almost any iteration. Also highlights for the Source crew are the Fried Rice and the Pad Thai made in a Vietnamese style that sets it apart from others you might have tried.

Central Oregon Gives exceeds 2020 goal and helps raise over $700K for local nonprofits
Central Oregon Gives is pleased to announce the success of their annual giving campaign, that ended with $704,000 raised for over 75 nonprofits!
Central Oregon Gives set their sights on a goal to raise $500,000 dollars for area nonprofits before the end of 2020. What If We Could’s Rys Fairbrother and Source Weekly Publisher Aaron Switzer are thrilled that this year’s goal out raised last year’s and ended the campaign at $704,000 raised for Central Oregon nonprofits.
“With the uncertainty of 2020, we are more than pleased that this year’s total amount donated was more than 2019’s campaign, by over $100,000!” says Fairbrother.
