The quick actions of firefighters prevented the fire from spreading and no one was hurt or injured. Chief fire officer Kieran Amos described it as a ferocious fire that could have spread to adjacent buildings. Crews from across Warwickshire, Hereford and Worcestershire and West Midlands FRSs were in attendance at a severe pub fire throughout the afternoon and night.
