Maine South High School District 207 Board Honors Students for Extracurricular Activities Three seniors were honored by the Maine Township High School District 207 Board of Education for achievement in extracurricular activities. The students honored were Ramy Atia from Maine East, Jenna Daube from Maine West and Niki Manolis from Maine South. RAMY ATIA Ramy has taken a challenging schedule of courses during his time at Maine East in addition to volunteering at the Al-Azhar Islamic Foundation that is focused on bringing Islamic schools to Illinois in addition to helping younger students understand Islamic religion and culture. In the area of extracurricular activities at Maine East, he has been a three-season athlete for three years which includes basketball, volleyball and soccer. He is a four-year varsity starter for soccer and has earned several recognitions for his prowess on the soccer field. He is a three-time CSL All Conference selection, two-time All-Sectional sel
