部落出生率高遲緩比例更高 民團續推「原民安心媽媽專車」 - 生活

生得多，卻未必養得好！原民部落的出生率雖可高於全台平均的2倍，但孩子遲緩的比例卻更高，達到世衛組織的4倍之多；至善基金會自2年前推動全台首部「原住民安心媽媽專車」，並進階到結合衛政、社政單位，同時也透過成大公衛研究團隊參與，要更完整協助部落孕婦，也將照顧延伸到生活。至善基金會引用主計總處統計資料，2019年全台灣粗出生率為千分之7.01，但尖石鄉的粗出生率是千分之14.69，緊鄰的五峰鄉是千分之12.81，兩個原住民鄉鎮的粗出生率約是全國平均的2倍。但又根據兒少團體調查，偏鄉兒童遲緩的比率達到27%，遠高於WHO統計的6%至8%。
