Foo Fighters – It never wears thin, says Dave Grohl
“IF THIS was to be our last album I would consider it an exclamation point,” says rock star Dave Grohl. “Some people might consider it a question mark. But for me it would be a drop-the-mic moment for the band.”
The 52-year-old drummer-turned-frontman is talking about Medicine At Midnight, Foo Fighters recently released 10th album.

Touring has been a way of life for Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl, one that started when he dropped out of high school to tour with the band Scream. He experienced the world through the windshield of a Dodge van, and ever since he s been circling the planet, over and over again, he told CBC Radio

Scream later disbanded and Grohl joined Nirvana, which shot to world-wide fame. And after singer Kurt Cobain s death by suicide in 1994, Grohl started Foo Fighters as a solo project, which also grew into a massively successful six-headed band, now about to release their 10th studio album.

On the day that the United States of America swore in its 46th Commander in Chief, the face of David Eric Grohl appeared on CNN almost as often as that of Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. The Foo Fighters, the channel told its viewers, would later be performing the song Times Like These at a socially-distanced, pre-recorded inauguration event featuring other top-ticket celebrities such as Bruce Springsteen, Tom Hanks, Jon Bon Jovi, and the new president himself. If you’re in the market for a sign that you and your group are truly, properly famous, this will do nicely.
