Ferrell delivered with his usual antics. The focus: Norway and its high rate of electric vehicle sales which far surpasses US figures. GM and Ferrell aim to change that in this new 90-second commercial that will air nationwide during the big game s first quarter.
Called No Way, Norway, Ferrell and the automaker are pretty much challenging the American public not to allow the Scandinavian country to retain its EV sales crown. Lexus ended 2020 by teasing a mysterious, futuristic-looking concept car. At the time, the Japanese automaker gave us a glimpse of the mystery concept s front fascia that featured a unique version of the automaker s spindle grille, previewing a bold new design direction for the brand. Now, Lexus has released a new teaser image giving us a first look at the mystery model s rear. A full-width LED light bar adorns the back along with an illuminated Lexus logo. Wide wheel arches also give the concept a muscular appearance.
According to Lexus, the concept illustrates our intentions for the future and marking the beginning of the next generation of Lexus. It isn t clear yet if the concept will adopt an SUV body style, but it s expected to ride on Toyota s new e-TNGA global platform and will be fully electric.
