Havre Police Department JuanJose Decker of Havre, 30, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and tampering with a communication device after a domestic disturbance was reported on First Avenue at 1:39 p.m. Wednesday. A Fifth Street caller asked Wednesday at 5:05 p.m. to have an officer speak with a juvenile neighbor. Garren Boyd Todoroff of Havre, 20, was issued a summons on a charge of false identification use by a minor to get alcohol after a caller at a First Street West establishment reported Wednesday at 5:08 p.m. taking a fake ID off someone.

Havre Police Havre police Tuesday reported that charges of making false reports to law enforcement were being filed against Joey Ray Azure and charges against Millo Montgomery Moore of Havre, 28, were being dropped The Havre Police dispatch log for the weekend reported Moore was issued a summons on a charge of partner or family member assault after a caller reported that a family member called to ask him to call for law enforcement assistance.

Havre Police Department A caller on 11th Street West reported a two-vehicle crash between a Dodge Ram and a FedEx van Monday at 11:39 a.m. A caller on Third Street West reported a theft, forgery or fraud Monday at 12:30 p.m. A summons was issued after several callers reported two pit bull-type dogs running loose near First Street and 14th Avenue Monday at 12:40 p.m. No details on charges were provided.
