Subscription to Five Colors via Scopeer platform ends tomorrow

The subscription for the offering of Five Colors, a company specialized in cinema and media production, will end tomorrow, March 9, 2021, at 12:30pm, through Scopeer equity-based crowdfunding platform, which is licensed by the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
Five Colors covered 384% of the minimum limit required for the campaign success, with a participation of 633 investors.
It targets to raise a maximum of SAR 4.99 million, or a minimum of SAR 999,760. Shares are offered at SAR 303.88 each.
Subscribers can register on Scopeer.com to directly buy the offered shares, the company added, noting that the eligible investors’ accounts will be upgraded via e-mail (investors@Scopeer.com) to open the investment ceiling.
