The Grand Forks Public Health Department headlined Tuesday’s Grand Forks County Commission meeting, with Public Health Department Director Debbie Swanson touting a lack of new COVID-19 cases in the county.
Swanson spoke for nearly 10 minutes and gave an in-depth update on how much COVID-19 is spreading, along with the vaccination progress in Grand Forks County and the rest of North Dakota.
