HYDERABAD: A man from Hyderabad has sought the help of the ministry of external affairs (MEA) to get his brother released from a jail in Bahrain.
Mohammad Khalid (34), who is a native of Bihar and has been working in Bahrain for the past eight years, was sentenced to three years in jail and slapped with a fine of 5,000 Bahraini dinars (Rs 9.72 lakh) on June 7 for not following Covid-19 rules.
