If you want to export your Facebook posts for any reason (I’ll leave it to you to decide why), you can now dump these and your notes to a Google Doc, Blogger, or WordPress.
Personally, I have no need to keep all the dumb things I’ve said on Facebook over the last 16 years, but I’m going to show you how to export your Facebook life to Google Docs. From there, you can do whatever you want with your memories. (I recommend downloading your digital life to a folder on your PC where you keep all of your other important and regularly backed-up data, and then never looking at it again.)

Facebook will now let users transfer their notes and posts to Google Docs, Blogger and WordPress.com, expanding its data portability tool.
“We’re introducing two new data portability types, Facebook posts and notes. People can now directly transfer their notes and posts to Google Docs, Blogger and WordPress.com,” the company said in a blog post.
“These updates extend the reach of the tool that already enables people to transfer their photos and videos to Backblaze, Dropbox, Google Photos and Koofr,” it said.

Facebook has announced that it s expanding the scope of its data transfer tools to now include posts and notes on the social network. The company first introduced the ability to transfer photos and videos to platforms like Google Photos in December of 2019, expanding to more platforms over time, but text-based content was still locked to Facebook until now.
Should you want to transfer your text posts somewhere else, Facebook says you can choose Google Docs, Blogger, or WordPress.com as options for your posts and notes, though only Google Docs and WordPress seem to be available on our end. Just like with other data types, once you request the transfer, Facebook will carry it out in the background, and it will send you an email once it s done.
