Communities across the Greater Toronto Area are lowering flags, holding vigils and creating memorials in remembrance of 215 children whose bodies were discovered at a former residential school in British Columbia.
Coroner s inquest called into Sask. RCMP shooting of Lucien Silverquill
The 37-year-old Saulteaux man died on in August 2019 outside his family s home on the Fishing Lake First Nation reserve, located about 20 kilometres southeast of Wadena, Sask., after being shot by police.
