ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - From a waterfront restaurant in St. Petersburg, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis suspended all local-government coronavirus emergency orders on Monday as he signed a bill that makes permanent his ban on COVID-19 vaccine passports and limits the authority of cities and counties in future healthcare crises. Deep tech: GoMicro targets retailer benefits of quality control AI tool for fresh produce An artificial intelligence (AI) tool created by Australian start-up GoMicro to test the quality and safety of foods is hoping to expand its use to allow retailers to create and meet desired standards from their suppliers.
First established in 2016 by founder and CEO, Dr Sivam Krish, GoMicro is a quality control (QC) tool designed to grade fruits and vegetables according to size, colour and ripeness, analyse for pest and diseases, and assess freshness in seafood.
While there are many QC tools such as spectroscopy, GoMicro is the first technology of its kind. It consists of a camera (magnifier) that can be attached to any smartphone, and comes along with an app.
Recently, a coworker asked me to tell him about my favorite fishing story in Montana. Honestly, I have a lot of great Montana fishing stories, and for me, it s hard to pick a favorite.
I grew up in Idaho, and have done a lot of fishing throughout my life. There s just something about being on the water that feeds my soul and makes me feel truly alive. In Idaho, I did a lot of trout fishing and when I first moved to Montana, I was excited to fish all of the rivers and lakes in southwestern Montana.

Tara Hokuf of Bemidji recently caught a 7-foot blacktip reef shark while fishing from shore during a mid-March trip to Florida. The shark was successfully released after a few quick photos, Hokuf said.
