WINNIPEG Manitoba RCMP is asking for information to help find a missing man from Peguis First Nation. Mounties said Shane McPherson, 29, who also goes by Tapper, was in contact with friends and family at around 9:30 p.m. on April 27. He has not been seen or heard from since, RCMP said. McPherson is described as five-foot-seven, weighing 218 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Family, friends, and police are very concerned for Shane’s well-being, Mounties said in a news release. RCMP are looking for information about a teenage girl who was reported missing in February, and was spotted in Winnipeg last weekend.
Prior to that, Anakeisha Thomas, 15, had last been seen on Feb. 19, after being dropped off at Peguis Mall in Peguis First Nation, about 160 kilometres northwest of Winnipeg.

RCMP are asking the public for help to find a 15-year-old girl who hasn t been seen for 10 days.
Anakeisha Sunshine Thomas was reported missing on Thursday, but was last seen on Feb. 19, when she was dropped off at the Peguis Mall, according to an RCMP news release issued on Monday.
WINNIPEG Fisher Branch RCMP said a teenager missing for 10 days may be in Winnipeg. Anakeisha Sunshine Thomas, 15, was last seen on Feb. 19, 2021, when she was dropped off at the Peguis Mall. RCMP received a missing person report on Feb. 25. It is believed Thomas travelled to Winnipeg and is currently still in the city. Thomas is five-foot-seven and weighs 180 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair. Anyone with information on her location is asked to call Fisher Branch RCMP at 204-372-8484, or call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
