Ben Ungermann appeared in the Melbourne Magistrates Court on Wednesday for a ground rules hearing, where appropriate procedures for lawyers examining two underage witnesses were ordered by magistrate Mia Stylianou. The 37-year-old is alleged to have touched the girl on the breast and under the waistband of her pants , the court was told.
