The Jamestown Sun hands out these bravos this week:
Bravo to Sydney Kleingartner of Gackle and Carmen Entzminger of Jamestown, selected as 2021 North Dakota Dairy Ambassadors by Midwest Dairy. The two were chosen from applications in the Midwest Dairy region which includes eight states. They will represent the dairy industry in a variety of activities.
Bravo to the junior division teams from this region who placed in the top three teams at the North Dakota state 4-H crop judging contest last month at Valley City. The team from Griggs and LaMoure counties placed first, the Ransom County team placed second, and the Foster County team placed third.
TOTAL DEATHS: 1,454
The Department of Health reported the deaths of a Pierce County woman, a Ransom County woman and a Ward County woman. All were in their 90s.
