The charges filed are noted in the narrative.  Milledgeville Police Department Disorderly conduct An officer responded to the Zaxby’s parking lot on North Columbia Street on Dec. 7, in reference to a disorderly conduct. According to dispatch, a man was asking for change when a fight ensued with another man. The victim was making a delivery next door when the man asked for change. The man grew upset and then punched the victim in the face. The man was arrested for disorderly conduct and taken to the Baldwin County Jail.
