Two men have been convicted and sentenced after assaulting a Thames Valley police officer in Milton Keynes. Stephen Pocock, aged 22 and Declan Mann, aged 19, both of Maree Close, Bletchley, were convicted at a hearing at Milton Keynes Magistrates’ Court on 4 February this year. Pocock pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating of an emergency worker and one count of using threatening/abusive/insulting words/behaviour to cause harassment/alarm/distress. Courts Mann pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating of an emergency worker. On 18 September last year, at about 4.25pm, Thames Valley Police officers attended an address on the Lakes estate in Bletchley.

Pocock, aged 22, and Mann, aged 19, attacked the officer with various punches to the head. One of the offenders also spat blood into the face of the officer. Another officer then arrived to assist and both Pocock and Mann were detained at Lakes estate in Bletchley.

Man sentenced after visiting domestic abuse victim TWO days after injunction

Przemyslaw Lazar A man has been given a six-month suspended prison sentence after visiting the address of one of his domestic abuse victims two days after an injunction was imposed. The anti-social behaviour injunction was in place for his involvement in domestic abuse against two victims in Aylesbury.  Przemyslaw Lazar, aged 37, of no fixed abode, was arrested on April 14 after he attended the address of one of the victims that his injunction was put in place to protect at Brooks Mews in Aylesbury. After reports of a disturbance at an address in Brooks Mews officers attended and located Lazar hiding behind furniture in a bedroom.
