High St. The menu features salads, pizzas and a variety of mains such as baked rigatoni, beef tenderloin, roasted salmon and more. The new spot also serves weekend brunch.   Freedom a la Cart’s new Downtown café and bakery opened today at 123 E. Spring St. The social enterprise provides support and workforce training to survivors of sex trafficking. In case you missed it,  Third Way Café recently opened a coffee bar inside the art gallery at All People Arts on the South Side at 1865 Parsons Ave. This is the second location for Third Way, which opened its first location three years ago at 3058 W. Broad St. in Westgate.
