A Meek Mill and Pop Smoke collaboration is underway!
Meek shared a snippet of the upcoming single on Instagram. It appears that Pop Smoke will be on it, his voice could be heard toward the end of the track. In the caption, Meek wrote, “I can’t wait, Philly x Brooklyn sh t.” Take a look:
The new track, “CONGA” is the first-ever remake of the very popular original from the 80s by Gloria Estefan and the Miami Sound Machine with Estefan giving her official blessing. The song clashes traditional conga rhythms with a new hip-hop flair, making it impossible not to dance to.
Latin Grammy nominee Leslie Grace leads the single. As a Latina artist, having been singing since she was 16, she’s shared that remaking such a classic has been an honor for her.

“Bacardi presented this amazing plan, where they wanted me to recreate ‘Conga,’” Grace said, speaking with Billboard. “I couldn’t believe it was possible but they assured me that both Gloria and Emilio [Estefan] were on board. They wanted to entrust me with this project and I couldn’t pass on the opportunity.”
