DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Construction work is underway on Highway 61 between Knife River and Two Harbors.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) project will resurface 7.3 miles of pavement and also provide drainage improvements.
Mn DOT contractors will also be installing a reduced conflict intersection with Lake County Road 9.
Motorists can expect lane closures and bypasses during the project which is expected to be completed by the end of August.
MnDOT is reminding drivers to slow down in the work zone and expect some traffic delays especially during peak travel times. ); } return false; }); $( #comments .commentlist .comment-content a ).attr( target , blank );
