AUBURN Nearly a month after Candice Gulley lost two of her children, two nephews and four ranchers from the Tallapoosa County Girls Ranch in a horrific crash on Interstate 65, she walked up to an altar and spoke with conviction. I am not strong. My God is, and in my weakness he s going to be my strength, she said. Gulley, who was driving the ranch-owned vehicle that carried those eight children and teens, was the only survivor from the passenger van.
