Haverne omkring Midsommer Festival i Præstø skifter hænder. Adelgade 128 er sat til salg, og Adelgade 124 er lige blevet solgt. Det kan få konsekvenser for byens største havefest, men indtil videre har festivalfolkene ro i maven.
- Det er ikke første gang i festivalens historie, at nogle af naboejendommene har været til salg. Vi prøver altid tidligt at starte en dialog op, og indtil nu har vi været rigtig heldige, fortæller Joakim Dandanell Nielsen, PR-ansvarlig for Midsommer Festival i Præstø.
Midsommer Festival startede som en midsommerfest for venner og familie i haven bag Adelgade 126. Men efterhånden greb det om sig og blev en festival, hvor også naboerne en weekend om året har lagt græs til flere hundrede festivalgæster fra nær og fjern.

Midsummer Festival of the Arts is back! On Saturday, July 17, and Sunday, July 18, enjoy this free, family friendly event that offers a blend of fine art, handcrafted goods, music, food and fun on the grounds of the John Michael Kohler Arts Center and Sheboyganâs City Green.
This yearâs festival is dedicated to the late Ruth DeYoung Kohler II, who founded the festival more than 50 years ago. Step inside the Arts Center to see Detours and Side Roads: A Tribute to Ruth DeYoung Kohler II, and celebrate the life and legacy of Ruth, and her contributions to the Arts Center, and to the visual and performing arts industry.
