MISSOULA â Six businesses and organizations and one individual this week sued the Missoula City-County Board of Health and Health Officer Ellen Leahy, claiming the Board of Health violated their inalienable rights when it adopted additional rules on Dec. 17 to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
