Shots Fired in Absecon Tuesday Morning, One Man Injured According to the Absecon Police Department, their officers responded to the Marin Drive apartment complex off of W. California Avenue at around 3:00 Tuesday morning for a shots-fired call. Arriving officers found a man with a leg injury which, they say, he sustained while fleeing from gunfire. He was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center–City Division for treatment. No further information was released by authorities. The incident remains under investigation by the Criminal Investigation Division of the Absecon Police Department. Anyone with information is asked to call (609) 641-0667.
