Carroll County wants to prevent COVID spread in Golden Age Retreat

Once the coronavirus particles are neutralized, they would come together to form clusters too heavy to remain airborne in the breathing area. Officials are seeking a $991,228 Community Development Block Grant from the Ohio Development Services Agency. Source of the grant funds is the federal Coronavirus Aid Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act.
