Joseph Allen Iverson Pierre, 21, of King James Way, has been charged with first-degree assault, reckless endangerment, discharging a firearm and other firearm-related charges, police said in a press release on Thursday. Police have said that on Oct. 3, two men, then ages 19 and 21, were shot around 1 a.m. in the 800 block of Russell Avenue. The two men and the shooters were all guests at the hotel and one of the victims was attending a party there, police said.
