THE father of two brothers murdered by loyalist paramilitaries has failed in a legal bid to secure a public inquiry into suspected security force collusion with the sectarian killers.

Northern Ireland Fire Service helped free a person from their car this morning in south Belfast.
The flooding was on the Ballymaconaghy road, Knockbracken road, near Church road.
A number of roads have been affected following heavy rain overnight and on Wednesday morning.
Part of the Westlink is flooded.
The PSNI warned last night that the Glassdrumman Road in Co Down was flooded but motorists can now pass with care, while part of the Westlink is fully flooded.

The heartbroken family of a young west Belfast man who died following a battle with drug addiction have told of how life is never going to be the same.
Jack Brennan (23) was found on the floor on his living room at his apartment on the Glen Road on January 18 by his mother.
