The growth this year comes after a low point in 2018 and conveys that developers are seeing positive signs and have started to plan for new supply, he said. According to REIC, the number of units acquiring construction permits in Nakhon Ratchasima rose to 17,418 units in 2021, from 15,221 units and 14,680 units in 2020 and 2019, respectively.
