Hershey Medical Center.According to investigators, the 11-year-old boy was unresponsive and hypothermic, and doctors found bruises on the child’s body.The district attorney said the boy’s siblings, who range in age from 6 to 15, later told investigators he had been sleeping on the floor in an unheated room in the family’s basement and was given little food or water.The children told investigators that they had also experienced physical abuse by the Duncans and the denial of basic needs, Graf said.
