Premier League darts star Jonny Clayton. DARTS star Jonny Clayton is relishing the return of supporters when the Premier League play-offs get under way this week. The 46 year-old from Pontyberem - a former player in the Cardigan League - is currently in fifth place, equal on points with fourth-placed Jose de Sousa. Eight players remain in the competition, and the top four players at the end of week will battle it out to be crowned 2021 champion. A sell-out crowd, of up to 1,000 spectators, will be allowed to attend the event, for the first time since December 2020. I m looking forward to the fans, I like the banter and I like to see faces when you turn around, said 2021 Masters champion Clayton.
