The Ministry of Health on January 22, 2021 transferred Togbah, administrator of Bong County Health Services, to Rivercess County, replacing him with Lasanah Kromah, Warehouse manager of the Ministry of Health. In a letter addressed to Togbah by Norwu Howard, deputy minister for administration of the Ministry of Health and sister to the vice president, the ministry said the decision to transfer Togbah was part of its rotational policy of staff.

The remaining 12 projects, according to Steve Mulbah, chairman of the county’s Project Management Committee, are on hold because the county doesn’t have the money to complete those projects.  “Right now the county doesn’t have money to complete the remaining 12 projects across the county,” Mulbah said, saying: “I am not optimistic whether those projects would be completed when the county gets money from government.”
