The Money Group (TMG) has soft-launched its mortgage club, TMG Club, with two further launch phases planned for later in the year.
The club will use the additional launch phases to open up distribution and include other areas such as bridging and commercial finance.
The club will have a number of features including the ‘Place My Case’ function which will allow members to put details of difficult to place cases directly onto a platform for all lending partners to review.

CHATHAM and DANVILLE, Va. â The Danville Museum of Fine Arts and History, in collaboration with the Danville-Pittsylvania Chamber of Commerce, Danville Parks and Recreation, the River District Association and Sovah Health of Danville, recently announced the plan for its new exhibitâ WANDERLOVE: A Stitch in Time, featuring a yarn bombing July 4 on the Danville Riverwalk. Uniquely, inmates at Green Rock Correctional Center, a level 3 state prison on Beverly Heights Road in Chatham, will contribute to the exhibit.
Thanks to program coordinator Shelby Harrell, Green Rock Correctional Center established a finger-knitting program that is currently in its third year. Harrell was a pioneer in this regard, going on to inspire Nottoway Correctional Center in Burkeville, Virginia, to follow suit after seeing the program s success at Green Rock.

I did a post on twitter and LinkedIn last week which met with the usual avalanche of tumbleweed. But I thought it was an important analogy, so I have taken this opportunity to write a more detailed account of the message that I was trying to portray.
It is no secret I am a huge fan of The Beatles, as much for their story as for their music, and having just read the excellent ‘One, Two, Three, Four’ by Craig Brown, it struck me how many times throughout reading it that I realised there were many similarities between running a band and running a business.

The return of the Digital Transformation Agency to the Prime Ministerâs department under a senior cabinet minister marks a major elevation of digital, say industry experts, providing a much-needed strengthening between policy and delivery.
This will be especially so initiatives that reach across departments such as data sharing, cyber security, privacy and digital identity. It will also help for moments in citizens lives that involve multiple government touch points. An example of this would be the birth of a child prompting the need for birth registration, postnatal and childcare support and changes to Centrelink, Medicare and tax accounts.
