The Chief Economic Adviser to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State, Mr. Kingsley Emu, the Executive Secretary, Delta State Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Agency, DEMSMA, Mrs. Orezi Jane Esievo, and other top political leaders from the state, have bought luxury flats worth millions of dollars in the world-famous Burj Khalifa and Marsa Dubai Plaza, documents obtained Emu, former Commissioner for Economic Planning in the immediate past administration in Delta, was appointed Chief Economic Adviser by Governor Okowa in 2019. An average price of luxury properties in Burj Khalifa building costs 11,984,888 United Arab Emirates Dirham or $3.2 million, an equivalent of N1.2 billion. Dubai realty transactions cross Dhs4.3 billion mark 18 Jan 2021   The real estate and properties transactions valued at Dhs4.3 billion in total during last week in Dubai. According to the Department of Land and Property in Dubai, 109 plots were sold for Dhs438.22 million, 1,035 apartments and villas were sold for Dhs1.66 billion.   The top three transactions were a land in Palm Jumeirah sold for Dhs38 million, followed by a land that was sold for Dhs35 million in Island 2, and a land sold for Dhs38 million in Palm Jumeirah in third place.   Nad Al Shiba Third recorded the most transactions for this week by 27 sales transactions worth Dhs66.29 million, followed by Al Hebiah Fourth with 20 sales transactions worth Dhs45.5 million, and Nad Al Shiba First with 18 sales transactions worth Dhs36 million in third place.

Dubai records $1 25bn real estate transactions

Dubai has registered real estate and properties transactions worth AED4.6 billion ($1.25 billion) during the week ending December 24. This included sale of 92 plots for AED482.59 million in addition to 808 apartments and villas for AED1.32 billion.
